Course content

HI Coach Training consists of ten modules and provides in-depth knowledge of Hållbar Interiör. Part of the training is held in person to facilitate discussion and knowledge-sharing between participants. The programme comprises one full day, two half-days and additional time for individual project work, follow-up and networking sessions.

Lectures and discussions provide an in-depth introduction to the environmental criteria of the HI label and the HI labelling process. The training also includes practical work on case studies, followed by a concluding review and evaluation.

The programme is intended for professionals who will support organisations through the HI labelling process. Participants who complete and pass the required course components become qualified HI Coaches and join a network of other course participants for continued knowledge-sharing and professional support.

Who is the training for?

The training is suitable for:

  • professionals working with premises who want to develop a systematic approach to creating independently verified sustainable premises and interiors
  • professionals who want practical methods for managing sustainable premises improvement projects
  • organisations that want to have their premises HI-labelled and lead the process internally

After the training

The purpose of the training is to increase understanding of the environmental and climate impact of premises and interiors, and to provide practical methods for working systematically to reduce that impact.

After successfully completing the required course components, you will become a qualified HI Coach and be able to support organisations through the process of having their premises HI-labelled.

You may also be included in the directory of qualified HI Coaches on the Hållbar Interiör website, subject to the current terms for publication.
